Technical Office Manager

This major Saudi-owned Contracting Company is seeking an experienced and qualified Technical Office Manager for projects within KSA.
Reporting to the Project Director / Manager, you will be responsible for retaining all technical information for all trades in order to produce both shop drawings and orders which are Good For Execution. You will initiate, supervise and prepare all technical submittances, sub-contracts, method statements, procurement lists and other requisite project documentation.
You will initiate and authorise any works change orders, and ensure recording of document control and flow.
You will be managing a staff of up to 30 persons who will ensure all planning and execution of the projects schedule, including all validations from the Project Director / Manager. You will organise and preside over project / trade meetings, supervise all monthly progress targets and certificates, ensure that all relevant approvals are gained from the relevant client, consultants and authorities, and ensure all parties are regularly updated throughout the project for the purpose of upstream and downstream project planning.
The salary package includes a Tax Free Salary, Annual Bonus, Living / Housing allowance, Travel / Car allowance, Insurances and Air Flights.
The successful candidate will have
Either a BSc in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
A minimum of 10 years experience in Civil Engineering / Construction or 15 years as an Industrial Engineer.
Will be highly experienced in software such as AutoCad, Primavera etc.
Will have experience in contract management and writing and have a specific knowledge of an application field.
Previous experience of Aramco contract management is desirable, along with experience in an MEP environment.
