- Responsible for the relationship between the agency and current clients.
- Responsible to get new clients/business to the agency.
- Generally look after client needs.
- Agency representative to the client and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions.
- Knowledgeable in both the client’s business and the agency business.
- To reviews all creative concepts to confirm whether they meet strategic goals before delivery to the client for approval.
- Keeps regular contact with all agency accounts at a level, hopefully, higher than that at which the account executive works.
- Business development tasked may be assigned to him based on the business needs
The account manager needs strong verbal and written communications skills; a capability for analytical thinking; a sense of entrepreneurship; dynamic presentation skills; personal organization; and interpersonal skills.
