Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

The administrative and sales assistant role reports directly to the CEO of the Company. The candidate will provide quality assistance to the CEO in multiple areas of administration, sales and marketing. Specifically, the candidate’s responsibility will include, but will not be limited to the following:

 Responding to sales and clients’ inquiries
 Clients’ database maintenance (mail and email addresses, contact details ….)
 Relationship with local and overseas retail stores
 Assisting with overseas-private clients’ quotations, pricing and order management
 Maintenance of packaging material inventory
 Assisting in the preparation of sales statistics on a periodic basis (weekly, monthly etc…)
 Assist in the coordination and preparation of the collection catalogues
 Follow up advertising in monthly magazines
 Assisting in the preparation of competitors and market analysis
 Prepare memos, and various types of correspondence as requested by the CEO

Requirements
 Bachelor degree in communication, business or a related field
 Executive Secretary Degree (could be considered)
 Two to three years of experience in a similar role
 Fluent in English, and Arabic (written, read, spoken), French is a plus

Technical Skills
 Experience with the use of MAC (apple) operating systems would be an asset
 Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
 Basic Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus
 Observant of communication standards

Requirements
