Job Description

A) Position Over View:
Deal customers effectively by greeting them politely, processing(Local & International) rentals and selling optional services, answering and receiving telephone calls, resolving overdue rentals, responding to customer questions and complaints, servicing vehicles for customer rentals and communicating with Jockey drivers for customer pick-ups. He/shall be responsible to build/maintain maximum customer satisfaction to guarantee business prosperity & repetition.

B) Position Duties:
- Greets customers politely; provides required assistance to them to rent the vehicles by providing them with the vehicles’ availability, rental charges, contract terms & conditions and services offered.
- Prepares rental quotations/contracts as per the approved rates, terms and conditions.
- Ensures that the vehicle for delivery meets all specifications as per the contract.
- Enters all contract details in Rental system.
- Generates invoice for the rented vehicles through rental system at the end of every month and upon termination of contracts.
- Inform Customers regarding vechiles' service.


1. Excellent oral & written communication skills both in English & Arabic.

2. Knowledge of and ability to use effective sales techniques.
3. Knowledge and skill in the operation of Car reservation software.
4. Highly organized, goal oriented, and flexibility is a must.
5. Ability to manage stressful and unusual situations while maintaining good customer relations.
6. Ability to present a professional, enthusiastic attitude through effective communication
7. Skills to promote a positive impression to customers and employees.
8. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
9. Ability to type and perform data entry accurately. Good organizational skills.
10. Excellent Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications.


Graduate, preferably in the field of Business administration from a reputable university
