Job Description

Support the Rep Office business support and Business Manager in delivering a 27 month Sales Forecast
Provide a balanced country demand and supply plan.

Key responsibilities
•Plan demand across selected countries of Frontier Markets supporting the Supply Chain Lead
• Create aggregated replenishment plans
• Communicate with Territory and Supply Chain on constraints and incorporate them into demand plan
• Ensure information flow on constraints where applicable
• Establish a strong link to Territory Demand Management
• Prepare and be an active member of Frontier Markets / country pre-SOP meetings bringing in Supply Chain relevant view
• Monitor phase-in and phase-out products
• Monitor slow- and no-movers and inventory targets
• Review demand in firm planned fence
• Achieve high quality business information that enables effective business decision making and high service level and customer satisfaction
• Effectively follow the key Syngenta business processes to ensure Supply performance is delivered
• Ensure Syngenta's license to operate is maintained by full adherence to Syngenta policies and processes
• Actively communicate with Market and Supply contacts to identify and correct issues in a timely fashion
• Develop skills and knowledge to support the Frontier Markets Supply Chain Lead
• Effectively share information and resources to the overall benefit of the Business and Supply Chain teams


Critical Experience:
o 5-7 yrs Back office experience in the area of Supply Chain or Business
Critical Knowledge:
o Be conversant with following processes and systems : EDWH, APO/SPS, Agroklik, EDF, S-Magic, MS- Office and Sharepoint
o English
o Supply Chain background or Commercial degree
Critical Skills:
o Excellent communication skills

o Team work oriented. Ability to contribute and to operate across functions and in a multicultural environment
