1.Coordinating with the product availability supervisor in the plant to send returnable bottles
2.Cooperating with the head office to reach maximum utility of the wooden pallets and plastic separators
3.Supervise the filtering process of the returnable bottles before sending them to the plant

4.Regulating the process of receiving finished goods from plants and DCs to maintain the safe level of the warehouse
5.Following the deployment plan to meet the market's needs and the warehousing availability
6.Following the expiry dates of products and applying the FIFO policy
7.Assuring that vehicles are being loaded effectively with the right amount of products to cover the market's needs and applying the selling strategies and plans
8.Following the finished goods repacking process and the availability of the materials needed

9.Calculating warehouse productivity and matching the daily hours
10.Preparing daily and weekly reports of the finished goods, returnable bottles and the nearly expired products balances to be handed to the head office
11.Supervising storekeepers to make sure that filtering process of the distribution, deployment vehicles and customers vehicles is done according as necessary
12.Supervising the distribution of the daily work force and meeting any shortage
13.Sending the daily and weekly reports of the finished goods, returnable bottles and the nearly expired products balances to the head office
14.Supervising the daily inventory control and define the differences
15.Analyzing the causes of the inventory differences and setting a plan to avoid future differences
16.Adhering to the warehouse policies to decrease the amounts of loss and damaged products
17.Supervising the loading of the deployment, distribution and customers' vehicles according to the policy
18. Coordinating with the fleet workshop to guarantee timely forklifts maintenance
19. Adhering to the health and safety instructions and assuring that product availability employees are wearing their personal protection equipment
20. Following the safety and quality standards required regarding the product stocking and deployment according to the company's policy

Skills

Bachelor degree
•Good computer skills Microsoft office (Excel - Word - PPT)
•Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic
•Good communication & interpersonal skills
•Details oriented & remarkable technical performance .
•Technical knowledge of relevant Health & safety essentials.
