Responsibilities

- Manage the technical lifecycle of a project from sales handover to commissioned service for all verticals
- Manage the coordination and project input from all operational groups
- Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and technical specification, and that the specification is 'fit for purpose'
- Pre-Sales Engineering support / Technical design
- Commissioning support of VSAT / WAN connectivity
- Create and manage Technical Support information
- Creation and support of company operational infrastructure, processes and best practice
- Support operational groups (Tools, Support, Voice, Growth Engineering, Capacity, Teleport, Platform, Terrestrial)
- Terrestrial network design, configuration and support
- Design and successfully deliver bespoke end-to-end client services

Skills

• Jobs are available in Riyadh, Jeddah.
• Diploma in Telecommunications or IT (Networks)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications and tools.
• Two years experience working in NOC or Helpdesk environment is a plus.
• Should have decent health, have the ability to bear the work pressure and fluent in English.
