-Collect item data in order to assist with continued successful ISO Certification
-Perform reconciliations of Vendors, Customers, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts
-Perform other analyses from time to time

Tasks
Collect data on fixed assets, inventories, vehicles, IT Equipment, furniture, staff records and enter onto spreadsheets
Compare collected data with existing data and prepare exception reports
Review exception reports with superior and agree corrective actions
Verify collected data with responsible persons, definitions, values, units of measurement, exceptions
Prepare lists of items to be scrapped, re-categorised and re-valued
Check data on Vendors and Customers specifically, correct names, certificates of registration, contact details, payment terms
Perform reconciliations of Vendor and Customer accounts
