Training Office Manager
Masdar Energy Services
To manage the establishment of a new training office covering staff selection, training program development, and marketing the services to various customers in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
• Design and layout of technical training facilities
• Development of training methodologies and strategies
• Carry out on-job duty & task analysis
• Recommendation of external accreditations
• Recommendations of systems and procedures
• Carry out technical baseline learner assessments
• Provide detailed curriculum design for Facilities Engineering and Well Engineering
• People / team management
• Developing and delivering client presentations
• Development budgetary Opex and Capex budget estimates
• Management of client / team meetings
• Monthly report writing and overall project planning
Skills
• Candidate should have experience in Oil & Gas Industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate
• Experience in Facilities Engineering or Well Engineering
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving
