Training & Development Specialist
Tibah Airports Operation

Coordinates with the various departments of the Company collection of training needs and requests and checks their usefulness for skill and relational maintenance and development as well as keeping pace with technical and managerial progress.
Conducts orientation sessions for new recruits and follows-up their training on their new positions in coordination with their heads of departments.
Prepares training plans, submits them for approval and coordinates their implementation.
Organizes and coordinates material preparation for trainings and ensures successful progress and high quality of training sessions.
Follows-up and reports employee attendance to training sessions.
Follows-up and reports training assessments to management, concerned heads of departments and concerned employees.
Follows-up assessment of employee performance and coordinates with the concerned departments training and development actions to support low performance employees.
Provides documentation and media in all forms for self training.
Perform other special projects as assigned
