Technical Support Assistant Team Leader
Juhayna Food Industries

Job Purpose:

Responsible for designing IT polices and monitoring the implementation of these polices inside organization. All company hardware, operating system, network (LAN/WAN), communication and telephone systems.

Business Duties:
- Designing & implementing network topology
- Designing & implementing Security topology
- Designing & implementing Backup policy
- Designing & implementing telephone system
- Preparing monthly report about the users usage of the telephones (IP) & report if there is any abuse
- Delegating system administrators & the required permissions
- Installing, configuring and operating servers,PCs, Laptops, printer & scanners
- Running Backup policy & procedure and restore if required
- Running network security and procedures
- Arranging for ordering, receiving and delivery for toners, ribbons and computer accessories
- Installing , operating & maintaining local area network
- Installing, operating & upgrading operating systems, antivirus and websense
- Responsible for handling the communication lines, routers & switches
- Following up preventive and corrective maintenance
- Supervising and supporting the Help desk
- Following up deliveries from vendors
- Responsible for designing the tips & tricks for the IT team
Financial Responsibility: N/A

Organizational Duties:
- Monitoring & evaluating system administrator’s performance.
- On job training to system and asst. system administrators .

Skills

Job Qualifications:
Education: Bsc in Information Technology / Communication Engineering

Minimum Experience: 7 Years
Language Proficiency:
English : Good

Computer Proficiency: MS Office / Internet Browsing

Technical Skills/Qualifications:
- Courses in Microsoft / MCSE/ CCNA
- Courses in security & Infra Instructed
- Knowledge of the ERP
