Ensure safe operation of the facility and implementation of projects through constant review and adherence to inherent design Engineering Principles/Standards

Ensure that the team complies with all the HSE Systems and Procedures and support all initiatives in this area.

Implement World Class Standards of Plant Operation monitoring/testing; ensure correction back to the design of permitted conditions as soon as practicable. Insist on adherence to the Design/Permitted conditions.

Implement World Class Support Services like Inspections, Regimes, Project Engineering, Process Engineering, Project Implementation, IT, Materials Management, laboratory Services and Technical Training Systems

Develop and implement schemes of Large Fertilizer Plant's Capacity and Efficiency improvement.

Manage out-site liaison with Government Regulatory Agencies, Ministry, Engineering and Services Providers, Technology Suppliers etc. to ensure that Company's interests are fully covered.

Top quality monitoring of the budgets, CAPEX, projects, variable and fixed cost etc. to ensure there are no overruns in order to face minimum surprises.

Build Team's morale, contribute towards, their capacity and capability development to ensure that the performance culture prevails and the team is always ready to take up challenges.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Process Engineering and standards

Good experience Process Operations, maintenance project engineering

Good knowledge of other disciplines like E&I, Civil, Maintenance, operations, commissioning and techolongies

Excellent communication (both written and verbal)

Leadership, team player, conflict resolution

Education

B.E. Chemical, B.E. Mechanical
