GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES
Under the supervision of the Deputy General Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for the day to day production compliance; he interacts and follows up on regular basis making sure the products are produced on time and in a good quality.
SUMMARY OF THE STEEL PRODUCTION MANAGER JOB DUTIES
•Oversees the production process and draws up production schedules.
•Works out the human and material resources.
•Estimates how long a production order will take and costs it.
•Monitors the production process.
•Supervises and motivates workers.
•Makes sure products are produced on time.
•Other duties as assigned.
