•Responsible to control and provide support for the service sales in KSA.
•Maintenance Contracts, Spare Parts and Repairs (All Branches).
•Be the link between the service customer and the company.
•Execute and Control the AMC renewals with, at least, two months in advance.
•Sign the Free Maintenance contract for the new units.
•Convert the Free Maintenance Contract in AMC before the contracts expired.
•Offer and Quote AMC for canceled units (recapture).
•Offer and Quote Spare Parts and Repairs to AMC contracts.
•Control the receivables for AMC, Spare Parts and Repairs.
•Evaluate and Monitor the Service Sales Executives activity.
•Provide Commercial support to the branches.
•Follow and achieve the budget compromises/ targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
•Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical electrical engineer)
•Minimum of 8 years of which 5 years in an elevator company either in sales, design or installation.
•Excellent commercial background.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Excellent negotiation and persuading skills.
•Problem solving and conflict management skills.
•Leadership and management skills.
•Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
