Senior Property / Real Estate Manager - Qatar

Role

Reporting to CEO, this is a top strategic management position based in Qatar that demands direction giving leadership, clear business vision, and strong financial and negotiation skills along with thorough technical knowledge of all critical functions such as facilities management, leasing, development, valuation and management of high value assets.


Taking on this challenging role, candidate be responsible to overall performance of the division, setting future direction of business, initiatives on business expansion plans, ensure customer satisfaction, development of the team, systems, policies & procedures, and adequate ERP solution.
Qualification


Graduation from a reputed university in business studies, real estate and/or engineering discipline along with at least 10 years of relevant experience at senior management level with leading companies in core real estate industry having large size portfolio including residential complexes, multi-purpose commercial towers, hotels etc. are prerequisites of the position.

Experience in regional market will be a definite plus.
