Senior Performance Management Officer
Alrajhi Bank
The purpose of this role is to ensure applying a performance driven culture in Alrajhi bank, that helps to achieve the bank goals by monitoring the scorecards, KPIs, and rating. Ensuring that all KPIs are cascaded and SMART. Understanding the analysis of the measurement and target. Following with employees to fill their KPI.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Performance System (PACE)
Manages the Performance system in terms of
the collation and dissemination of PACE management system performance data related from all Employees in all bands.
Performance History
Manage and keep the performance records history bank wide for all staff in HO.
Groups Scorecard
Ensure fully cascading of the Groups SC to all of its senior members, and then down to staff level, make sure of Realistic but challenging Goals (SMART KPIs).
Performance Review
Arrange to make mid-year review every Year for all staff
Arrange to make the annual final Performance review bank wide
Improve Retention
Improve staff retention by closely monitoring performance reviews and by making recommendations to appraisers.
For better retention percentage, conduct workshops and trainings for the appraiser and appraise.
Performance Management Coaching
Assist Manager of departments in the preparation of annual or periodic reviews such as Mid Year or final yearly review. Offer assistance in setting realistic but challenging targets for
performance indicators KPIs.
Lead training workshops or sessions to help the staff to understand the methodology of KPIs and scoring system.
To manage all departmental performance issues.
To manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and comply with SAMA regulation.
coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers and committees and giving presentations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
Required Experience:
2-3 years in performance Management ( preferred Banking sector )
Required Job-Specific Skills:
Good command of English - written and verbal
Good all round knowledge of Human Resources mix
Excellent project management and communication skills
Intermediate in Excel (preferred expert).
