Sales Manager - (Refrigeration and Shelving Department )

Main Responsibilities:

- To identify all accounts to be focused on, that will contribute to the achievement of the revenue and profit budget.
- To implement the country strategic objectives, by sales channel, to achieve the budget and revenues.
- To ensure sales team wins, keeps and develops customers through building lasting relationships.
- To deploy and monitor sales channel processes, policies and
procedures in order to ensure the consistency, efficiency and quality of internal and external customer expectations

- Excellent command in business communication
- Effective proposal presentation and objections handling,
- Existing customers’ sales management, Local & International customers’ base expansion,
- Potential business’ strategic identification, sales pipeline management, an energetic & confident individual, firm believer in team work, hard worker always looking to learn & acquire something new

- Must be bilingual - Arabic and English.
- 5 years experience in a similar role with a leading multinational .
- Track record performance in sales.
- Leadership qualities.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good communication skills.
