PRIMARY FUNCTION

To develop the maximum possible sales bookings and growth from each assigned customer and to promote the total ISCOSA service image into the market served. To develop the marketing plans and generate the opportunities in KSA and abroad as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To develop sales calls schedule in order to optimize sales coverage on assigned customers to ensure to develop relationship with purchasing influences within assigned customer organization.
2. To provide input on assigned customers development plans and purchasing requirements. To provide input to prepare competitive and responsive quotation. To provide input on market development which may influence product development or pricing strategy. Provide input on competitor activities.
3. To prepare the Pre Qualification Documents including in depth market analysis. Represent ISCOSA on bid review meetings, negotiations, presentations.
4. Provide monthly reports reviewing business activities in designated market, orders entered, forecast. Maintain active negotiation list.
5. Obtain customer feedback on ISCOSA performance using customer survey documents. Prepare sales plans/forecast based on evaluation of assigned customer.

Skills

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

Formal technical qualification at college level, Two (2) experience in Technical Sales, Experienced in preparation of technical proposals. Can handle flexible working times. Able to work under pressure. Understanding of international business practices and multi cultural/diversity sensitivity. Strong customer orientation in order to understand and deliver customers value. Efficient and process oriented working behavior. Strong social competence. Fast Comprehension and Good Organizing Skills.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in the following: Order Management, Technical Sales, working knowledge on contract language, preparation of technical and commercial proposal. Background in Electrical/Mechanical equipment repair, installation, maintenance and commissioning in Rotating Equipment particular for Power Generation application.

RFQ tracking, SalesForce.com, Outage Event Calendar, TMS Process

Basic experience in leadership. Experience in teamwork with different nationalities is compulsory.
