Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose:

To coordinate the Sales and Marketing activities for DuBiotech Park.

Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas:
• Compile company profiles and business plans for setup and incorporation at DuBiotech Park and submit to Screening Committee Members.
• Assist the Sales team in developing the sales strategy for DuBiotech Park.
• Understand customer attitudes and make efforts to research prospective customers, maximize customer contacts and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to analyze competition and develop a sustainable value proposition for DuBiotech customers.
• To attract clients to DuBiotech Park and guide them through the process of incorporation and setup.
• Provide communication briefings to Director regarding all customer inquiries submitted through DuBiotech’s website, telephone calls and walk-in’s.
• Circulate customer inquiries and complaints to the appropriate departments within DuBiotech Park and TECOM for resolution.
• Assist DuBiotech team in sales and marketing activities.
• Develop a customer database with the Sales team and establish a well-researched list of prospective customers.
• Participate in the preparing of sales related material for DuBiotech seminars, road shows, trade shows, conferences / exhibitions and talks.
• In close cooperation with Central Marketing ensure that all Marketing requirements for DuBiotech are met.
• Follow up and monitor all DuBiotech public relations activities approved by the Executive Director to ensure they are implemented successfully.
• In close cooperation with Central Marketing, ensure that the DuBiotech website is updated at all times and developed into a resource portal on Biotechnology and the industry.
• Assist in organizing conferences, symposiums, and events related to DuBiotech.

Skills

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies:

• University / College degree in Marketing or General Business relevant to the respective domain.
• At least 4-5 years experience in Sales.
• Sufficient knowledge of the industry.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Information Technology skills.
• Fluent in English and preferably Arabic.
