Regional HR Manager

The Regional HR Manager will oversee and manage the HR function of the GCC region.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Setting and implementing advanced Talent Management practices
Organizational Development, design and restructuring
Setting training plans using advanced methods
Developing Performance appraisal schemes
Applying developed job analysis, salary scales and grading systems
Participating in setting HR strategies and goals aligned with the overall business objectives
Overseeing the Compensation and Benefits implementations
Talent acquisition and manpower planning
Formulation and recommending policies and procedures
Generating periodical Management Information Reports
Other operational and strategic HR practices as per the needs
Skills
University degree plus 12 to15 years experience in HR Management, preferably in a regional role
Excellent understanding of HR systems and procedures
In-depth professional HR knowledge and expertise in own area
Ability to translate strategy into policies, procedures and programmes
Knowledge and understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes
Well developed leadership skills
