Interviewing all candidates prior to short-listing and documenting feedback.
Developing and managing strong consultative relationships with clients/Line Managers and candidates.
Following up and coordinating the recruitment process with clients/Line Managers and candidates, as per ISO Standards
Reporting to Recruitment Manager
