Recruitment Section Head

• Implementing HR policies, procedures & forms
• Developing and updating job descriptions & organizational chart
• Managing the company’s vacancies for short term, long term, project based and head office based requirements
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Conducting manpower planning throughout the organization
• Coordinating with various project sites on their requirements
• Dealing with recruitment agencies locally and oversees
• Organizing and executing recruitment trips abroad
• Sourcing new recruitment agencies and researching new target locations for recruitment
• Overseeing the mobilization process for recruited employees from visa request till arrival in Kuwait
• Coordinating with the government relations department for visas, residency transfer etc…
• Following up on newly selected employees until the probation period is complete
• Coordinating with relevant departments for employee accommodation and airport pick up
• Preparing periodical progress reports on recruitment

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5 - 7 years experience in similar position
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in oil & gas / construction field

Excellent communication & presentation skills
Must have strong managerial skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong follow up skills
