Recreation Supervisor
Vision Hotels Management

• To supervise the operations of the Health Club and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the area.
• Plan and control the budgets to achieve the monthly and yearly Goals targets.
• To maintain all equipments to ensure a safe and injury-free environment.
• To manage all guest inquiries.
• To manage the staff of Health club, prepare the schedules and ensure the proper functioning of the health club as per the hotel policy.

Skills

• Should have a certification in fitness training and minimum two years of experience as recreation / health club supervisor.
• Must be able to obtain a First-Aid and CPR and have knowledge of handling fitness equipments
• Should have water safety training and be Computer literate
• Must have ability to plan, schedule, and review the work and performance of others in a manner conducive to proficient performance and high morale.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
