The role will include but not limited to:
• An intermediary in negotiations between buyer and sellers/tenants & owners.
• Precisely preparing property presentation by viewing, taking pictures, collecting required documents and evaluating market prices (by comparing prices with properties recently sold/rented)
• Responding to any enquiry on the same day.
• Responding any email received on the same day
• Coordinate viewing to show properties to prospective buyers/tenants
• Assisting clients to raise the finance incase of mortgage required by the buyer
• Develop up to date networking with the Property Developers
• To maintain up to date database of enquiries and implement structured follow ups
• To achieve designated targets

Skills

You should have:
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team player
• Well groomed personality
• Real Estate sales and rental experience in recent past two years in Dubai
• Strong networking
• Own car and Driving License
• RERA Broker Card
• Employees have to strictly follow Company’s branding policies
