GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Project Manager executes and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. He is responsible for the overall direction, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. He also have to coordinates the efforts of team members and 3rd party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

SUMMARY OF PROJECT MANAGER JOB DUTIES

•Directs and Manages project development from beginning to end.
•Manages day-to -day operational aspects of a project and scope.
•Schedules the Projects (Planning, Drawings, Samples, Installation, Handing Over)
•Submits a break down on the material quantity.
•Controls the compliance of quality between the specifications of production and the P.O.
•Manages the P.O. in order to respect the planning.
•Controls the financial aspects of the projects and manages the project budget.
•Coordinates with the interior designer and the engineer.
•Manages the installation on site with Team Leader.
•Manages and uses properly all official papers (submittals, Inspections etc)
•Manages several projects at a time and recognizes priorities.
•Produces shop drawings.
•Works on the shop drawers resources.
•Reports the variation (decision) agreed with the client.
•Follows up with client, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices
•Supervises the progress of work at the factory.
•Submits a daily report on activities done.
•Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
•Other duties as assigned.

Skills

•BS degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
•MS degree in Civil Engineering is a plus.
