Project Manager- Roads
Al Ajmi Company
1 - Visit the work site and identify the sources of water, materials, the location of Camp and to identify the existence of barriers to initial project.
2 - Supervise the work of the road surveyed to identify barriers and restrict and determine the quantities required to perform the work in accordance with the requirements of the employer.
3 - Review drawings and table of quantities compared with the spatial Alrvoat to ensure adequacy of the implementation of the entire work and raise them to the point of the service after review with the projects management and Executive with the preparation of revised tables.
4 - The direct supervision of the processing of the Camp for the accommodation of staff and supervision of a project.
5 - Consultation with the Project Manager to prepare a program of the operational work of the project including the number and type of work teams, dates of initial start in the business, determine the starting point of starting work
On the basis of the estimated quantities specified for the project and the duration of the work available and the possibilities for action by the company and determine the need for the outside when necessary.
6 - Managing the employees and workers in the project and determine the fronts of daily work in advance and follow-up audit of the course of the distribution of work tasks for a Technical Assistant to the fronts of work in advance and follow-up insuring to done.
7 - Follow-up the Productivities daily of the equipment, personnel and work daily and monthly comparison between the main business of the work executed by the Department of the programming, monitoring and implementing agencies are informed of
This and the reprogramming of the project according to the possibilities.
8 - Coordination between the Office of the quantities and the executive has on the daily quantities of work completed and amendments to the action.
9 - Coordination with a follow-up supervision and a quality company to surrender the work carried out.
10 - Coordination with the workshops and transportation management on the request for equipment or repairing orders.
11 - Preparing the monthly invoices and adoption of a supervision and distribute.
12 - Coordination with the supervisory body to overcome obstacles encountered implementation of the project.
13 - Preparation and review of the final invoices of the projects in coordination with the Projects Manager and submitted to the supervisory body for adoption.
14 - Coordination with various government departments related to the project or that have the services and require them to take permits or renewal of such permits.
15 - Make sure to follow the proper methods for implementation and the safety of the work done.
16 - Preparation program to transfer materials with the application provider before a sufficient period in coordination with the Department procurement in accordance with what has been planned in the Programmed of Action .
17 - Coordination with production management for the supply and implementation of the work required of them after the adoption of demand from the Project Manager in accordance with the approved work program.
18 - Compliance with the specifications and general and specific to the project during implementation.
19 - Preservation and documentation of documents and correspondence for each project.
• Minimum 10 years experience in similar position.
• Must have extensive experience working on road and highway projects
• Must have experience managing and leading staff
• Professional Engineer registration is required.
• Asphalt plant and paving equipment is a must
• Preferable dealing with Oracle program.
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
