Project Manager
YAAB

We're looking for a Project Manager to join YAAB Technologies, a company with a unified objective of providing top-tier, end-to-end global Drupal support services. The individual needs to be self-driven, very hard-working and flexible on hours. We are a growing company and looking for an individual to be associated and grow with us for a long term.

The candidate should have experience with participation in projects, involving business case justification, process streamlining, accountability, and managing change.

Other valuable experience includes: implementation of automated systems, meeting targets, customer focus, training and documentation.

To be considered for this role, the candidate will have:

At least 5+ years of experience in management (preferably in a utility environment), ideally with experience in both a represented and non-represented culture.
Experience with customer contact in a utility environment is very valuable, especially media customers, and knowledge of incentive and long programs.
Able to think outside the box in designing systems to fulfill needs for new and current challenges in a utility environment.

Skills

Experience in the Customer Operations side of the business.
Ablility to identify and evaluate business needs and requirements both existing and future.
Manage communication across the project team and the client
Ability in doing cost/benefits analysis to justify process change and improvement.
A good grasp of project management and design, with emphasis on business issues.
Strong sense of responsibility, prioritization, and the ability to meet deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
A desire to help people
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
The ability to write clear and concise emails
Good time and phone/conference call management skills
