 Evaluating, organising and prioritising work within the overall project schedule
 Receiving the design and shop drawing for the implementation of the project activities effectively
 Managing and supervising the site engineers to control the site work and accomplish the assigned task with in stipulated time& Budget
 Following up the delivery of the resources requested for successful accomplishment of work
 To ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed
 Ensuring the implementation of quality plan
 Leading a team of engineers and subordinates for accomplishment of work.

 Ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Strong organisational skills
 Able to handle and supervise the team
 knowledge of project management techniques and tools

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
