Production Manager (lingerie, Comforters ):
AiA Group

Job Summary:
Preparation of plans for production and daily direct supervision of the production in terms of labor, equipment and products and maintain product quality and cost and to maintain productivity and ensure the conduct of business according to plans and budgets.

Responsibilities:
1- Coordinating with all departments, monitoring production quantities, specifications, quality and marketing activities, continuing to update and maintaining equipment to lift capacity of product of factory.
2- Preparation of technical reports, management of subordinates and develop their skills, and develop procedures and ensure the requirements of safety and occupational health and the public.
3- Developing policies of production in the factory, and the development of business strategy and development, developing plans and programs of action. Identify the needs of the plant in terms of staff.
4- Following-up provided implementation of plans and programs. Adopting plans and programs of production, and control the product, making sure of matching specifications and quality.
5- Following-up production of marketing organization and following-up sales contracts, ensuring the collection of value in the specified time.
6- Updating of equipment and devices to work constantly to raise the capacity of product.
7- Developing plans to raise production and marketing, and increase profit margins.
8- Developing methods of work and production and using modern techniques.
9- Following-up, monitoring and development of systems
And quality standards.
10- Preparation of technical reports and administrating supervision to subordinates and evaluate their performance and their achievements, to upgrade their knowledge and develop their abilities to propose programs.

Ali, Ibrahim &AbdulazizBukhamseen Co. (AiA Group) was founded in Al-Ahsa district, Saudi Arabia 1990. AIA Group is a joint venture corporation headquartered in Al-Ahsa. The group has three main business lines, contracting, manufacturing and retailing.
The contracting business for AiA Group is mainly with government agencies. By the time of writing this report, AiA group is engaging with four government's projects. The number of total projects that has been done by the group is 14 projects. While AiA Group entered the contracting business in 2003, 75% of the group's net income is generated by contracting in 2010.
The second business activity is manufacturing. The group manufactures a variety of high-end bedding and lingerie products.In recent years, all raw materials are imported from China and UAE. All the products that manufactured are used in our retail stores.
The third activity is retailing with 15 stores across the Eastern Region. Most of the stores' merchandise comes from the factory, while the rest are imported from China, Turkey and Europe. These products are bedding and its accessories, towels, lingerie, women underwear and pajamas.
AiA Group runs its different activities from a centralized management headquarter. The group has 413 employees, 36 of them are females. In the fourth quarter of this year, AiA will finish its new-state-of-art management compound, which has the group headquarter, the factory, 3 warehouses and 3 housing buildings.
