Product Manager / Category Sales manager
Supplying Store Co.

•Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager
•Fully responsible for total category management
•Fully responsible for monthly Sales budget achievement per channel
•Fully responsible to set the annual sales budget per channel/category
•Managing sales team and merchandisers
•Building a motivated and energetic sales team
•Building good PR with all accounts
•Setting a monthly action plan per account
•Insure the self/team development regularly on the following areas: Sales skills, Customers care/satisfaction and Technical skills
•Managing his product across the different channels in the market
•Setting the KPI for his team.

Skills

•Minimum 3-5 Years experience as Product manager / Electronics sales Manager
•English language proficiency
•Excellent communication skills
•Outstanding negotiations skills
•Outstanding analytical as well as numbers crunching skills.
•Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
