Our client, is a leading community website offers classifieds and forums is currently seeking to recruit Product Lead. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner Job Description The Product Lead is involved in the different stages of a product cycle. This is a highly valued position in the company. The Product Leader takes control of planning, scheduling, implementation and tracking progress and assures that the highest quality and standards are delivered during the whole product cycle. The candidate must have a desire to learn new things. The selected candidate will be involved in all company's products within their product area moving forward, and will have a huge impact on the company's future.Job Responsibilities Running complex product cycle Identifying user, business and technical needs, and identifying the underlying problems and product requirements Gathering internal and external research and proposing solutions Defining product goals, scope, and prioritizing product solutions Creating product flowcharts and coordinating wire frames to be user tested Running feasibility and product concept tests on new products Coordinating functional and technical spec documents with the necessary teams Coordinating with Marketing, Customer Service, QA and Content Moderation to ensure preparedness for new product launches Planning and setting project milestones Coordinating with the various teams throughout the organization to ensure product quality and timely delivery Reporting on product progress on a regular basis Maintaining a high level of efficiency according to company targets and needs of live products Continually re-evaluating and improving upon the product development process to achieve maximum efficiency.
