Payroll Administrator/Payroll Manager
Design and Build Resource Solutions

My client is a newly established Payroll company.
They are seeking to appoint a Payroll Specialist to process a payroll on monthly basis on behalf of a key client operating within the mining sector.
Using a a bespoke time & labour payroll software you will be dealing with all aspects of the payroll from start to finish, handling Payroll for international Employee’s working in different regions.

The key aspect of the role is to ensure contractors are paid accurately and on time,
You will be responsible for all admin work related to Payroll and preparation of payroll related reports for management

You will be responsible for responding to all payroll related queries, providing inputs of variable compensation, management of all calculations, maintaining the integrity of the database. .

For this role you will have previous experience of working on a volume payroll. You will have a good eye for detail and be able to accurately process a payroll whilst working towards strict deadlines.

Skills

The successful applicant MUST come from a financial or commerce background, preferably with a degree in Accounting and / or Finance.

You will need to have previouse experience within the UAE.
