My client, a Commercial Bank based in Riyadh is looking for a Operational Risk Manager. Great opportunity to join one of the country's leading bank offering strong career progression.

Skills

Candidates with the following criteria will be considered for this position:

•Saudi National
•Based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
•3 - 4 years experience in Operational Risk
•6 - 8 years experience in Banking or Financial Services

Job Responsibilities:

•Implement RCSA (Risk Control Self assessment) & Key Performance Indicators (KRIs) for all departments and annually reviewing.
•Work with the business units to design and implement operational risk and compliance assurance solutions that mitigate security threats and risks, protect the corporate infrastructure, and enable business Contribute with compliance team to ensure CMA requirements are applied.
•Review and update the existing policies and procedures for the domestic and overseas business taking into account the market conditions, Basel Committee recommendations and other international and local best practices
•Operational Risk assessment & review for material contracts, agreements, product documentations and third party services agreements.
