Night Auditor
Vision Hotels Management

• To audit all transactions done in the department to ensure correct rates and proper codes
were applied during the day so that right revenue is met and to ensure all required reports are available.
• To review all credit card transactions done by Reception staff to ensure these were all accounted for and there is no discrepancy.
• To assess all payment transactions to ensure complete facilitation of the required reports.
• To perform the rate variance to ensure that all registered rooms were applied of the correct rates and rate codes.
• To perform other tasks needed by guests that requires immediate decision in order to satisfy and exceed their expectations.

Skills

• Should be University degree holder with minimum one year hotel experience as Night auditor.
• Knowledge in Fidelio or Opera necessary; knowledge in Finance and Accounting procedures; Knowledge in Microsoft Office package; Proficiency in English is must. Knowledge in Arabic and French languages preferred.
