To direct marketing development by establishing and developing a relevant organizational structure and brand architecture and initiate and drive an analytical and financial approach to developing business imperatives from a marketing standpoint.
To ensure the development and implementation of relevant campaign and media strategies to enhance brand equity and lead the development of quality research initiatives, and evolve marketing strategies based on these.
To ensure that all communication initiatives generate the most efficient achievement of the required business objectives and maximize business opportunity by developing unique positioning statements (USPs) and optimum pricing strategies that cover various investor / customer tiers.
To ensure a competitive advantage on skills, ideas, and motivation through the development of human resources in the Marketing Department and ensure a competitive advantage on efficiencies, and integration of best practices through the development of systems and procedures for the Marketing Department.
This is a critical role within the organization, working with an external agencies, government bodies and well recognized professionals globally to set out a unique platform for developing global supply chain of sustainable solutions.

Management of: Marketing Team (3-5)
Create, develop and implement the delivery of Seven Oaks International LLC marketing strategy, to meet the needs of the overall business plan.
Develop and manage creative marketing initiatives in support of Seven Oaks International LLC range of activities and Seven Oaks International LLC as a destination for Sustainable Solutions.
Develop a market research program with the external communication and other agencies which will inform Seven Oaks International LLC activity and offer a greater understanding of audiences and sales.
Manage and develop the sustainable platform for Seven Oaks International LLC. Work closely with the management to set sales and audience targets events, marketing programs and activities. Introduce key marketing policies and processes in order to optimize audience engagement with Seven Oaks International LLC.
Formulate and plan the Departments annual budget within the context of the Seven Oaks International LLC overall budget. Plan, co-ordinate and review the work of the Department to ensure the most effective use is made of resources.
Proven track record in a similar/complimentary strategic marketing environment with transferable skills, minimum of 10 years of experience.
Educated to degree that is a minimum post graduate from a premium institution in the relevant faculties with excellent written and spoken communication
Skills with the ability to present at a senior level; fully computer literate and numerate
Professional appearance and the social skills necessary to deal with a range of clients along with the self-confidence and stature to represent the Seven Oaks International LLC at a senior level
A strategic and commercial attitude towards Sales & Marketing
Experience of managing financial budgets
A creative, lateral thinker and energetic team player with a high level of enthusiasm
Good copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in the fields of press and marketing
Familiarity with SCM systems and processes.
Interest in corporate design with understanding of, and commitment to brand consistency
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure with good time management
Understanding of HR best practice
Staff management skills and the ability to motivate and develop individuals and team working
Ability to develop policies and strategies for the Department and to manage, monitor and evaluate their implementation.
Experience and understanding of data analysis and evaluation to meet business needs
Diplomatic and negotiating skills with the ability to work with initiative and maturity
Willingness to work flexibly and in particular is available for client contact and entertainment of business prospects which will require some evening and weekend work. Passionate about sustainability and the organizational objectives in that area.
A proven working relationship with the press.
