-Assist in setting up processes and procedures.
-Provide feed-back to support/develop existing/new Roaming offers.
-Assist in the creation of promotions to increase usage of Roaming.
-Assist in the creation of Roaming offers to increase usage and subscriber base.
-Insurance of roaming revenue.
-Define criteria to Roaming churn and enhance loyalty.
-Assist in the implementation of new Roaming offers/promotions/services along with IT, TD, Products & Services, JTG.
-Follow-up on roaming offer/promotion evolution in terms of meeting/achieving targets, including but not limited to analysis of data on existing offers/promotions and data about the market.
-Initiate and follow-up communication on the Roaming offers/promotions in their different phases.
-Internal training & support on new Roaming offers/promotions.
-Monitor and entice the Roaming market share.
-Look after all roaming issue/problems including Voice, SMS, MMS, GPRS, Wi-Fi, etc and other VAS.
-Handle & follow-up on Customer Care Issues; to act as customer service assistant in dealing with roaming problems.
-Coordinate and follow-up on all required GSM testing to facilitate commercial roaming.
-Manage, maintain and follow up the relationship with Orange roaming vendors including Clearing Houses (Financial and Data) and SS7/GRX Signaling link provider(s).
-Maintain Roaming partners’ information database such as pricing, coverage, features, and any other related information relevant to the database.

Marketing,Telecommunication /Communication Engineering or in Industrial Engineering.
