Marketing & PR Coordinator.

• Participate in drawing up the annual plan for the Marketing & Public Relations Department, and put all the scenarios and timelines for achieving goals.
• Participate in designing of marketing campaigns and advertising, and work as a coordinator between the Company and the advertising agency responsible for implementing the campaigns of various kinds.
• Participate in the design of field studies and opinion polls for the services or new programs that the company would like to ask.
• Participate in the evaluation of prices and provide a comparison with the market price, also monitors the movement of the local market and record trends, and provides the reports of the Manager of Administration with the recommendations of the review and take appropriate decisions.
• Participate in the management of media projects including the development of programs and news articles.Work to ensure that all advertising material manner confirms the consistency in form and content.
• Participate in all events organized by the company and presence of follow-up to completion of the work.
• Maintain a good relationship with staff and customers in order to provide consistency in the work to increase morale, productivity, and efficiency.
• Perform other similar tasks related to the nature of work which are assigned by the department manager.

Skills

• Proficiency in English language (writing - reading - speaking).
• Have skills in communication.
• Flexibility in dealing with others.
• Knowledge of using the Internet & E-mails.
• Proficiency in using computer software.
• Ability to work without supervision & ability to be a team player.
• Have a valid Kuwaiti driving license and a vehicle.
