Degree / Diploma in Metallurgical / Mechanical / Welding engineering with at least 12-15 / 15-20 years relevant experience respectively in Hydrocarbon sector, specially Refinery & Petrochemical Projects of EPC Nature. Thorough knowledge of preparation & implementing QA Plans, test Plans, work procedures, knowledge of various intl. standards such as ASME, API, DIN, JIS, BS etc. Familiarity with various corrosion prevention techniques and surface preparation methods. Shall be an IRCA, UK registered lead assessor or equivalent with Audit track record, Also having Operation & Maintenance experience of Quality management system in accordance with ISO 9000 with capability of developing required plan / procedures including auditing experience. Candidate should have at least 5 years gulf experience.
