• Well equipped with the BMS system
• Monitor the activities and performance of the systems in the properties, which are in his charge.
• Follow up all malfunctioning of the systems in the whole building and generate Electrical bills / Water bills and Energy bills.
• Follow up the preventative maintenance schedule and prepare the reports and log sheets for the electrical works.
• Execute any modifications needed for improving the performance or for future extension.
• Attend to all the tenants complaints regarding the services on a daily basis and emergency cases.
• Maintain safe working conditions and safe environment in the buildings and ensure that fire prevention and safety standards are maintained.
Follow up with authorities like DEWA, Civil Defence, Municipality etc,



Salary range USD 2000-3000
Immediate availability preferable.
