Lead Technical Materials Buying Assistant

The Lead technical Materials Buying Assistant is responsible for ensuring that Supply Chain delivery activities are closely monitored, controlled and accomplished. You will monitor vendor delivery activities and materials supplies to achieve committed schedules and co-ordinate and communicate between vendor and internal departments. You will also carry out subsidiary tasks like computation for revenue recovery from sale and rental of QR material.

Skills

To be successful in this role you will need

Minimum of one years experience in an administrative role in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in maths and written/spoken English
Proven experience of managing effective working relationships.
Self-motivated and highly organized.
Ability to work under pressure with little supervision in a fast-paced environment, able to judge multiple tasks simultaneously.
A Self-starter, having the ability to work independently as well as part of Team.
Proven problem solving abilities, strong interpersonal and ability to understand technical documents.
