Lead Developer
iHorizons
iHorizons is looking for a Lead Developer with hands-on experience in web development and interested in leading development team.
The Lead Developer is responsible for building a technical solution that meets the customer’s expectations as expressed in the functional specification. The Lead Developer adheres to the solution architecture and designs that, together with the function specification, form the overall specifications of the solution. The Lead Developer provides low-level solution and feature design, estimates the effort required to deliver on that design, and then builds the solution. The Lead Developer also estimates the development team efforts and schedule because it works daily with all developmental contingency factors.
The perfect candidate must be someone who is:
- Experienced in building and implementing .Net based web applications
- Has solid experience in web application deployment
- Experienced in team leading/managing/supervising
- Professional in implementing a project from scratch (Plan, Execute and Deploy online)
- Humble and professional person with a proven ability to motivate his/her team members
Skills
- Professional in .Net framework 3.5 and 4.0, MVC module
- Excellent analytical thinking
- Strong communication and planning skills
- Efficient in delivering high quality work under pressure
- SharePoint 2010 knowledge is a strong added advantage
