Junior HR Business Partner
Confidential Company

A Company focusing on administration relating to insurance & automotive products based in Dubai is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to come and join the HR team.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

Reward:
Provide support to the GM - HR in all reward related activities
Recruitment:
Source and interview candidates for all positions within responsible business units
HRBP:
Act as the single point of contact for employees and Managers in the designation business areas.
Provide advice and guidance in accordance with Company policies and country labour law on all employee related issues
Collate and distribute management information to HRBP and relay MI to Management team in countries of responsibility. Junior HRBP is responsible for identifying any trends
Support the implementation & execution of performance management processes in respective countries
Conduct regular meeting with Management team to ensure all HR requirements are being met and proactively support the delivery of HR services to the customer
Identify training needs for the business units and work with the L&D Executive to roll out the training requirements
Responsible for ensuring that all organisation charts and HC reporting is accurate and up to date.
Support the identification of talent within the organisation and provide input to the annual succession planning process with support from L&D Executive
Support the annual salary and bonus review process
Act as a coach and guide for junior members of the HR team
HR Projects:
Lead projects as identified in the annual HR project plan to the point of implementation into the respective business areas
Perform any other tasks that are identified by the Management Team

Skills

Working knowledge of GCC labour law
Degree level education required
Conflict Management Skills
Coaching & Mentoring skills
Project Management Skills
Excellent Organisation skills
HR qualification is desireable
