1. Issue and process needed Identification Letters for Employees when asked
2. Collect, sort and properly dispatch all mails received to concerned department
3. Maintain all files in his custody arranged and classified in Ordinary manner
4. Attend and process any employees requests as per Hotel Policy
5. Conduct preliminary sorting of job applicants files
6. Forward Casual labors requisitions to approved agencies
7. Coordinate with Casuals Providers as per HR manager instructions
8. Review all payables for Casuals providers as per contracts
9. Schedule interviews to casuals with HR or Personnel Manager and concerned HOD
10. Type LOI, regrets, replies and notices to job applicants
11. Complete all needed procedures to finish employment of acceptable applicants
12. Prepare needed work contract and take signature of custodian on Hotel tools
13. Issue Uniform, Locker, ID, Hand punch and Housing forms for new Employee
14. Coordinate with Training Dep’t to enroll new employee in next Orientation Program
15. Make sure that new hired attend his orientation prior to work assumption
16. Finalize other related work assumption documents’
17. Follow up on Employee probation period Evaluation report to be raised to HR Mngr
18. Prepare and present daily HR & GM signature book
19. Draft memos, reports and other circulars as requested from his superiors
20. Typing other routine letters whenever asked by his superiors
21. Take minutes of meetings and dispatch to concerned persons
22. Using of Name tag machine and making of Name tags for New Employees
23. Issue and follow up on Clearance for quitting Employees
24. Handle requests for loans and claims of employees to be proceeded to Acc.
25. Process received medical reports, Hospitalization and related sick leaves
26. Coordinate with Health insurance Company to issue & renew Emp. Insurance cards
27. Keep files of all employees as confidential and updated as per procedures
28. Attend inspection& searching process in Hotel or housing in case of theft incident
29. Attend needed investigation with involved Personnel and report to HR Mngr
30. Receive and review all Monthly Attendance sheets from all departments secretaries
31. Verify and review all time sheets and supporting documents
32. Help in preparing following reports:
- Head count and movement (monthly)
- Personnel inventory (quarterly)
- Employee taking meals in employees cafeteria (monthly)
- Housing status
- Saudization & Nationality ratios
33. Assists in coordinating employees social, athletic and recreational activities and in executing special programs for the hotel
34. Distributes, collects and files annual performance Appraisal forms
35. Prepare and process HR stationary requisition from Stores
36. Can use PCs, printers, Copy Machine, Internet, Calculator, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Oasys Sys.
37. Fully aware of the hotel’s & Accor policies and procedures and to adhere to them

Good experience in a similar position
Fluency in Arabic and English
