Our client, a leading HVAC manufacturer is seeking for an HR Coordinator Function Prepare advertisements for open staff positions both in the printed media and online job portals. Coordinate with different recruitment agencies to ensure human resources plan is executed. Sourcing Resumes through online Job boards Scheduling and building the database of candidates interviewed and for future requirement Manage the recruitment and selection process by conducting 1st level interviews for all positions with Line Managers. Preparation of employee contracts and correspondence as required by Management. New Employee Induction Program Identify specific training needs in conjunction with Department Heads Hr Manager Identify and source training agencies in line with budgetary plan and organizational requirement Analyze employee-training requirements Post Evaluation and facilitate trainings based on employee and organization plan. Maintaining database of employees and updating as required Keep records of benefits such as promotion, performance incentives etc. Drafting of Policies and Procedures. Creating and updating policies as per Management directive Liaising with Corporate Insurance agency to ensure compliance with corporate medical plan and Ensuring employees are enrolled into the medical insurance program Liaising with Jebel Ali Free Zone authorities for employee visas, documentation. Monitoring and reporting on staff annual and sick leave Processing of End of Service Benefits in accordance to UAE law Responsible for issuing letters such as Employment Certificate, Experience Certificate, Employee Verification Certificate, No Objection letters for travel etc. Event Management Processing monthly payroll and generating relevant reports Preparation of Reports for audit purpose
Desired Profile At least 3-4 years of HR experience Graduate Attention to detail and respect for deadlines, organized work habits Proactive Excellent customer relationship skills Outstanding communication and presentation skills Good analytical skills, ability to interpret profiles and prepare candidate feedback reports etc. Good use of Microsoft Office suite Excellent level of English, spoken and written
