You will provide first class support to your internal customers so they can shine with theirs. From talent acquisition and performance management to change management and people/business strategy alignment this is without a doubt a pivotal role.

Skills

If this is enough to whet your appetite and you wish to be considered for this role you MUST have the following:

A minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience in a MULTI-NATIONAL CORPORATION, ideally within the FMCG market
Experience of working with commercial employees

An exceptional track record of stakeholder management
A genuine desire to be the ‘best of the best’
Ideally have experience in the Saudi market

Bachelors Degree
