Head - Preowned Cars
Study external market; Identify opportunities for Used Cars in the market.
Create overall strategy including branch expansion plans. Organize sales force for focus on expanding identified lines of business.
Set short-term & long-term targets; Meet with key prospects. Negotiate and close deals.
Organize & direct the tele-marketing, direct-mailer campaigns.
Direct procurement and disposal of vehicles.
Monitor productivity and efficiency parameters.
Direct corrective actions; Verify compliance to documentary requirements.
Approve SLAs with key customers; Review SLA adherence. Organize third-party services for soliciting customer feedback. Identify priority areas.
Devise continuously activities that improve business.
Plan and deploy systemic corrections.
Encourage people's participation in improving operations such as on Kaizen.
Estimate manpower requirements; Recruit as per requirement. Discuss and set KRA and KPIs for team.
