Responsible for the Implementation of HR Globe best practises across the Company through supervision on direct reports: Data standardization,
Follow up the implementation of internal rules in accordance to Nestlé HR Policies.
Follow up the reduction of team members’ annual leave balance as in the preset annual target.
Follow up the reports to be submitted to labour office & social insurance through supervision on direct reports.
Ensures that Payroll is paid correctly & smoothly in the appropriate time across the Company through supervision on direct reports.
