My client currently has an opening for experienced estimating manager to head up there busy department.
The incumbent shall be a graduate Mechanical Engineer with around 20 years of experience in preparation of bids for EPC and LSTK projects in Oil & Gas and Power sectors, of which around 5 years in an EPC/Construction company in the GCC. He should be well-versed with the bidding/estimation processes of construction/epc projects and be able to lead a team of Estimation Engineers.

• Monthly Salary (RO)- 2500-3000/-per month
• 30 days annual paid leave
• Air Tickets (Business Class) : For Self and family up to nearest airport of home town
• Company maintained car with free fuel upon production of Omani Driving License

• Employee shall get Incentives / bonus at year end, based on the employee / company performance if and when declared
• Employee shall be evaluated and appraised once in a year & an increment awarded as per his performance.
