ENGINE Health & Fitness is our all-new exclusive fitness venue located in the heart of Jumeirah, Dubai. We are looking to recruit personal trainers of all levels who are certified/qualified by an accredited institution.

Job role:

To assists members on the use of exercise equipment and to design personal programs.
To create an active and friendly atmosphere to members/guests.
Strive to attain excellence in fitness management, innovation, creativity and professional service.
Conduct updated programs for established members to measure improvement and set new goals.
Regularly interface with Fitness Manager on the weekly schedule.
Maintain all equipment and ensure all gym and studio areas clean and checked.
Ensure that facility is fully functional during all operational hours. Report any faults immediately.
Coordination of all personal programs and screening processes.
Supervision of gymnasium at all times, assisting with spotting and correcting technique.
To achieve monthly Personal Training (PT) goals.

The ideal candidate would be REPs (2 or 3) certified who specializes in any of the following:

o Zumba
o Body Pump
o Boxing
o Muay Thai
o Dance

Minimum Education:

College graduate
Internationally Certified personal training qualification or equivalent

Must possess strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Consistently achieving or surpassing daily work targets and goals.
Must be a self-starter and hold strong organizational skills.
Must be solution oriented.
Must be a high level of drive and desire to be a winner and achieve all set goals.
Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity and in excellent work ethic.
