Purpose of Job:
The role is to efficiently manage operations through maximizing every opportunity to drive sales, increase memberships, reduce stock loss and maintain cost controls. The position helps in delivering the highest levels of motivation and development of team members and compliance with the franchise's standard operating procedures (SOPs).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the teaching and coaching of the Curves workout
- Oversees the servicing of members and generating guests
- Supervises all staff and ensures to attain highest possible levels of customer service, manpower and productivity
- Monitors membership sales as well as achieving monthly sales target
- Focuses on resources inside the Club - hires, trains and motivates employees
- Implements monthly promotions and marketing efforts to the community
